Need suggestions: phone cases for reading on mobile

I apologize if this is the wrong sub for this.

I read in bed a lot on my phone (with the Kindle app) but holding the phone is starting to strain my hands and wrists.

Does anyone have any suggestions for phone cases that are specifically designed for reading? The only ones I’ve see are the ones that clamp onto things but wanted to see if there were other kinds out there.
