I'm trying to update an old website to add another drop down menu in a drop down menu.

Here is the error I am getting.

Here is the code I'm having a problem with. Line 257 referenced in the error is line 25 in the pastebin. I get the error when I add line 20 and 21 in the pastebin. It works fine without those lines. I can add additional non drop down items and it works fine.

Any ideas? Thanks!
