I'm thinking about getting the Batman and Robin Omnibus by Peter Tomasi and I've heard great things about the story in it but I can't find much information about the binding, the gutter loss or how long it takes to stay open, does anyone have a picture of the binding or know if it's glued or sewn?

I'm considering buying the omnibus vs digital trades, so I'm wondering what trades I'd have to grab to get the full rundown of the omnibus issues. Are some of these issues from Morrison's run?
