What are your views on Steven Kings Dark Tower series
For me it was Simultaneously Kings best and worst body of work. On one hand these books have some of the greatest fictional characters I have ever come upon. Many with deep rich back stories intresting personalities and fantastic quirks. Also set in some of the most interesting imaginery world's ever created. On the other hand we get Stephen King putting himself as a character in the books, he often seems to get lost with just where he's going with the story coupled with 2 very bad endings. That's right it has 2 endings both are awful. It was such a huge read probably the biggest I've undertaken for pleasure and I kind of felt cheated/unsatisfied at the end
