What are your thoughts on William T. Vollmann?
I find his persona really interesting, and I admire how curious and prolific and empathetic and hard-working he is, but even though I see the talent on the page I have a hard time staying interested for even the duration of a short story. Have you read any of his work? Are you familiar with the guy himself? What are your thoughts?
