The indelible mark an actor has on a part in a book you're reading
Dunno why its taken me so long but having finished "The Winds of War" I'm 88% done with "War and Remembrance". I'd seen "Winds" when it first aired on TV almost 30 years ago.
The studios employed different actors/actresses for the same characters in both "Winds" and the sequel "Remembrance" but Pug's remained the same. As a result, with every instance of either dialog or thoughts by Pug Henry, I cannot get Robert Mitchum's voice out of my head.
