For those who don't like Harry Potter
I'm not a Harry Potter lover by any means. But following from the Unpopular book opinion thread, there are people saying Rowling basically used ideas in Harry Potter from previous children's fantasy novels? When I read the series I don't remember feeling like lots of it had been done before, but I never read fantasy really when I was a kid or teenager. So for those who say she did, where did they come from?
