Is there a specific library that is the best to have a membership at in order to have access to new ebooks?
I know that if your library has overdrive, you have access to their ebooks, but only if they have what you want is this useful. I think I read the library in Manhattan has memberships for out of state people and they have a good selection. Any other libraries like that?
