Using a single comic panel as a wallpaper!(need help)
Well i tried to find it online with little luck so i thought that this would be the place to ask this. Basically the page in question is here http://ift.tt/2D9h2DL and the panel i want to use is the last one. I tried to fiddle around with paint a bit but i really am not accustomed to using it or any other editing programs. A simple guide or other option would be great! Merry christmas
