So I just finished the run (absolutely loved it) and I'm a little confused. What happened to T'Challa dying of a brain aneurysm? Was that addressed in another book? Also, I read Priest's "The Crew" and it never addressed the fact that Kasper Cole's father was the head of the 66 Bridges. Is this also in another book or was it just dropped?
