Code by Charles Petzold
I don't know if there's much of anyone on here who reads technical books to wind down persay, but I'd just like to say, I've been reading Code ever since I picked it up a week ago, and I really can't put it down. I'd say I'm average when it comes to being mathematically inclined, not the best, but the book so far has cracked me up at the subtle humor. And I even decided to pull out some sticky notes and a pen to kind of actively read and learn from the diagrams and when reading on Braille and Morse code and such. I never thought reading a book on the history of code and hardware would get me excited as compared to when I'm reading some good fun fiction like Ready Player One (which I could reread endlessly). So I'd just to put my thoughts on here. Good day!
