So I stumbled upon this author a while ago and instantly fell in love. His most popular series, "Super Powereds", is an incredibly detailed, realistic, and well thought out universe. From government regulated hero certification programs, to a lower tear of citizen known as powereds (people who have abilities but have no control over them), this man has thought of it all. And the best part, he releases the good majority of his content on his website. I could not recommend him more.
