Was talking to my uncle today and he mentioned he has over 14 thousand comics from the 60s - 90s and told me I could read them whenever I want. I was wondering if there is any good way of taking pics of each page and making digital copies so they could be enjoyed again without risking damaging them?

Is that even feasible, good idea, bad idea, and I'm assuming not illegal as long as we don't distribute or try monetize the pics.

Anyone attempted anything like that?
