How do I help my daughter?
Our daughter is 7 and has had a fear of people being sick since she was about 5. She panics if someone coughs or talks about being sick and the thought of it stays with her for some time. So far, we have just tried to reassure her. We are now concerned that this could hold her back from normal activities, especially when as a teenager, if we don't approach this properly now. We could potentially speak to her school and go the route of an inclusion manager/therapist because we don't think we should just be brushing this off anymore. But, what can we do if she doesn't even like talking about it?
