Just finished this book over the xmas holiday in anticipation of the new movie coming out. I really tried to like it but honestly was really disappointed when completing. I'm wondering if people here felt the same way and picked up the second and third book in attempt to salvage feelings on the first and ended up enjoying them and the series on the whole.
