[Movies/TV] Is anyone adapting the indie comic Testament for TV because I'd want to if I can get the rights and I don't want to get beaten to the punch again

I don't recall who it's by or how it ended but iirc, Testament is a sci-fi/fantasy comic that follows two parallel storylines, one being the actual story parts of the Bible (at least the Old Testament/Torah, I don't know if it ever went New Testament) and one being a hard-to-describe ongoing sci-fi story set Twenty Minutes Into The Future that, each issue (and presumably each episode if this gets adapted), offered symbolic parallels (that weren't subtextual but weren't shoved down the audience's throat) with the Bible story that was also covered. Oh, and there was also a greek chorus of various religions' Gods commentating on and occasionally influencing (sometimes even in the sci-fi plot) the action

Excuse me if I got anything wrong, this is just what I remember, and basically it'd be American Gods meets something like Black Mirror or Mr. Robot (with a dash of early Once Upon A Time in how it balances the parallel plotlines between mythic and modern) aka cable gold though a broadcast network might pick it up, who knows
