What’s your dollar limit on books you think will be one-time reads?
Not a question for you folks who buy everything (I’m very amazed and impressed you have the money, you are much better people than me for supporting authors directly, [insert more compliments], etc, etc).
SO for all the cheapskates and frequent library patrons out there who also have personal collections, what is the sweet spot for you dollar-wise for an impulse purchase on a book you think you will only read once? I personally don’t like to spend above 4 or 5 dollars on any fiction book that I don’t think will be a reread. (I’m willing to spend far more on nonfiction, but I purchase nonfiction very selectively and annotate practically everything I buy so that’s another story.)
Yes this means I watch Kindle Daily Deals like a hawk, in case you were wondering...
