I always loved 1984 but last year I read Brave New World for the first time and it seriously blew Orwell out of the water for me. The story and the world itself was just so much more interesting, and I just loved how torn I felt about the concept - it felt like you weren't just being spoon-fed a message. I was just wondering which people prefer and why?

Ps fun fact: Aldous Huxley was Orwell's teacher at one point.
