App for tracking activities that lead to wellness?
I'm a stressed out person who doesn't do a great job taking the time to do things to relax and work on my mental wellness. I know there are things I want to do like hiking, massages, reading a book, etc. I tried putting those into a weekly or biweekly routine but it was too complicated and easy to throw off. What I think would be more beneficial would be to set very loose guidelines or checkpoints like 'get a massage at least once a month" and have something trigger if I'm not meeting that rule. I think this would help prevent me from slipping into an unhealthy state of ignoring my wellness.
Is this a good approach? Is there an app or something that can help teach things like this?
