As stated in the title I have been going to my shrink and he asked me if I had feelings I told him it’s like a switch but thats not entirely true I can feel emotion it’s empathy that is like a switch I can turn it on but sometimes I can’t control the switch and I feel it but I mostly turn it off when I’m doing something bad. But back to the question with emotion I feel like it is a weakness inside of me and I want to get rid of it is that normal and should I tell my therapist about this?
