So I've barley touched the game, I've won around 2 out of 25 games or so (without even knowing the move list hehe) - I wanna look into the comic series now, I see that comixology has the complete year one and two on special.

What are your thoughts on this series ? I don't see it getting mentioned too much.

Do I need to play the game to fill in any blanks?

Side note: I was getting owned by Solomon Grundy's multi-throw, is it inescapable ?
