Dapper simply maps SQL database tables to POCO classes, so how do I create the database and handle schema changes? Also, I'm running linux/vim/postgres and not the usual windows/vscode/sqlserver.

Browsing github, I think people typically generate sql scripts but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. I think they're using some sort of SQL Sever tool. Are there any tools that I can use on linux? .net core or mono? Or am i better off writing scripts manually?
