I was outside 10 minutes ago sitting on my deck and it was windy.

Then i did "a few" errands and im now sitting on my chair in front of my desk. I have the fan running really high too.

I just had a sudden shock and chills and my brain had me convinced that I was outside still somehow. as if i had never moved at all

Is this common/normal or just weird?
