So I am wondering a friend told me some stuff and i found it disturbing he told me he used to abuse his dog by choking it and hitting it and other stuff he was showing signs of aspd and idk what to do but he also tells me he sees black shadow people and stuff at the corner of his eye like dogs and stuff like that is it possible for my friend to be Schizotypal and aspd at once?
