Apparently the man in question John Bradley, the authors father, is believe to not even be in the photo. The last to live flag raiser isn’t even in the picture. I’m not taking away that the things he did, and they were heroic, but Idk why this is bothering me so much. Amazing book tho. Delete this if it’s stupid, mods.
