I am trying to find this book. So far everywhere Ive found it online, including Amazon, it is $200 or more! I have no idea why, other than it must have been a limited run..

Anyone out there that owns this book that would sell it to me for a reasonable price? Perhaps this book is truly worth the hefty price tag due to rarity?
