Why am I like this and what can I even do about it?

I'm unsure about the origins of this problem but it's starting to really effect me again. I went through a similar thing a few months ago and I was left living in my tiny bedroom for months, eating only dry food and not going to the bathroom for hours because of anxiety.

Now I've lived in a new place for a few months. I like one of my flatmates but the landlord also lives with us and for some reason he makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable.

So much so that this anxiety about leaving my room when he's in the house has come back. I'm noticing the same behaviours. Staying out for hours just walking around by myself to avoid going home. Eating dry food/snacks in my room so I can avoid using the kitchen incase I run into him. And the worst one is holding in the urge to use the bathroom. I'm going to be honest I have peed in a plastic bottle before which I threw out the next day because I was too scared to use the toilet.

The reason this first happened in my old place was because I was having an episode of psychosis and I was paranoid about the people I lived with. Now I've moved out of there and I'm living with new people. I'm not paranoid now but there's something about how I feel that's similar to when I had the psychosis.

I don't know what the hell I'm supposed to do. I've talked with so many people who just tell me to use the kitchen and eventually my brain will realise it's fine but it's too hard. I feel like I can't do it. There is some strong feeling stopping me. I don't even know if it's fear because the only thing I have to be afraid of is an awkward social interaction but that's it.

I hate that this thing stops me from eating actual food too. When it happened in my old flat I lost so much weight I can't afford that to happen again. I don't know what's wrong with me. Maybe I'd be better off living alone. I feel like my mental health makes living with others really difficult. I'm really at a loss about what to do about this. I'm nervous about speaking to the GP.

Right now in brief, I stay out till all hours of the morning just to avoid being in the flat. When I am in the flat I stay in my room and will not use the kitchen or toilet even if I need to.

What do you think this is and how can I think about fixing it? Thanks.

Edit: UK. Diagnosed with Schizophrenia and have had symptoms for 2 and a half years.
