Sorry for the stupid question, but I'm making an MVC app that will send out an email an hour before a scheduled time. This email only needs to be sent out once.

There is a TON of information on setting tasks etc, and that's part of my problem. I'm not sure which option to use.

I started using Quartz to do this, but this seems more tailored to something that needs to be repeated.

For a bit of context, people will enter a task into a form with a scheduled time, an hour before that time gets scheduled an email will be sent out to parties who need to know what's happening.

I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
