Tips for a PMS mental health boost?

I’ve been treating depression/anxiety for about seven years now. I’ve bounced around medications as some will cease to work or be ineffective to begin with (I’m sure many know this feeling.) I’m currently well controlled, but for about five or six months I’ve been having really bad mood dips/anxiety issues that increase exponentially around the time of my menstruation.

I know it’s normal to have mood swings and stuff with PMS, but already having mental issues makes it much more drastic. I was wondering if anyone knew any tips or had ideas of how to help increase my mental stability around this week or so. I’ve tried exercise and eating right, all the tips and whatever you find on google (written by people who think women just get mad because they’re in pain). My issues are usually manifested in crying fits/hyperventilating, extreme irritability, and motivation so little that I sleep for 5+ hours during the day.
