What CBT techniques have the best outcomes for General Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder?
I have read through a few books, The Feeling Good Handbook by David Burns and the Panic Attacks workbook by David Carbonell. Both have been helpful. I wanted to try more techniques in CBT, or ACT and see what I can possibly do to improve my relationship to anxiety. Meditation has helped, as has the practice of doing daily mood logs, but I feel like I could be doing more to improve myself. What do you all recommend and what have you had good experiences with?
