So I'm familiar with asp web applications, and thought I'd think about learning MVC with my next personal project, however I'm stumbling at the first hurdle, I'm having trouble working out how to structure what I want to do.

Does anyone know of good resources to get my head straight on this one? It seems like one of those things where you need to use it to understand it (which is most things in my experience) but also you need to understand it to design it.

Even if it's just a spec for a project that I can run through in my own time to get my head around?
