I have a commercial application that displays a data table in a DataGridView.

The application allows you to reorder the rows to reorganize the information. It works for everyone else in the world except me.

For some reasons which the vendor nor I can figure out, attempting to drag the row to move it simply treats the row header as yet another cell for range selection and does not intiate a drag action.

What might be going on here? Is there some system-wide property that may have been accidentally set? Is there even such a thing?
