So I made my prototype MVC app in Visual Studio Community with my student's license, but alas it's only available locally.

How do I make it available globally/host it, so that "anyone" (well preferably not anyone but just the people I tell the link) can access it from the Internet?

It's also very important that they are able to manipulate the underlying SQL database through the app, which is what 1/2 of the app is about (CRUD over the dataset in app).

Has to be free of course, traffic will be maybe 2 people for the duration of one month.
