I'cant debug console apps .NET Core

Hello guys,

I have a problem with the debuggin on my laptop. When im trying to debug, I'm getting these windows.

  1. Operation taking longer, than expected.
  2. After some seconds...unable to start dotnet.exe

The version of VS is 15.7.1

For .NET Framework apps i dont have this problem.
