So I'm looking at a potential second interview at a job that mostly uses C#.NET, SQLServer, Team Foundation Server, etc. I have some experience in C#, but not necessarily .NET. I also know quite a bit in PostgreSQL, but not SQLServer specifically. Can anybody recommend any sites or anything that would give me a decent jump off point, so that I can study up on this stuff?
