Resharper - Can I whitelist base/this qualifiers so it does not mark them as redundant?

I know this is not a specific .NET issue but I'm sure some may know the answer here.

I personally like seeing the base/this qualifiers because it shows where the property or method comes from and can also make it slightly more future prove for times where I choose to implement the same method signature or property name in a child class.

Do you know how, or where a setting is, to stop Resharper from marking these qualifiers as redundant? I have already set it to "Do not show" under severity but I think I accidentally disabled all redundant warnings, and it still shows the qualifiers in a different color to suggest it is redundant.

I have already gone into the Resharper Options > Inspection Severity > C# > Redundancies in Code, and unticked "Redundant 'base.' qualifier" etc... but it still shows these keywords in the editor as a darker grey and hovering over them brings up a suggestion to remove them. I want the editor and resharper to not show any help.

Any help, or even some words of wisdom on this, would be brilliant. Thanks!

EDIT: The warning tool-tip ("Roslyn Code Fixes") says "simplify member access" if that helps.
