I am starting out a new project and tried using asp.net core 2.1.

I want to create a spa with vue js. All I want to do is have identitydbcontext in a separate library and using efcore. Enitities, including IdentityUser in a separate class library....and I cant seem to get things working.

Can anyone help me with steps to get going. I'm tempted to just go back to mvc 5 as it feels more stable than core.
