Best way to generate a PDF report in .NET?

I need to generate a PDF from a page in .NET which contains charts (Highcharts) and lots of tables. I have tried jsPdf but when there are a lots of pages the quality of a PDF is bad and we decided to abandon that solution.

Which libraries should I use ?
