From what I have read online, seems like both XUnit testing framework and NSubstitute mocking framework is not really well supported for my use case, which is Xamarin Native projects still utilizing PCLs. My main testing area would the PCLs.

I would like to know if both of these frameworks are suitable for unit testing Xamarin Native + PCL. If not, what are the recommended frameworks? I have used both of these in .NET Framework projects and they have been awesome, meeting all my needs.

I have done a little bit of research, but most of what I found is blog posts or forum pages which are from a few years ago, so not really sure if the situation has changed since then.
