I have programmed for about 2 years now, and I feel my lack of software architecture knowledge is holding me back.

So I found this book: Professional ASP.NET Design Patterns (amazon) which is exactly what I wanted, for I work with asp.net.

But it is a book from 2010, is that too old to still be relevant? I feel like software tech is evolving pretty quickly, and new practices and methods keep popping up on the web.

I could not find a book as relevant for me as this book.
