Am still kinda new to dotnet core and am trying to set up a simple dotnetCore app following an online tutorial but am having some issues arund my startup.cs, program.cs and my context class cos when I try to add migration I get the error message "an error occurred while accessing the IWebHost in class 'program' then there this thing about being unable to create my DataContext unless I add an implementation of IDesignTimeDbContextFactory<DataContext> I just need some help arund this n hopefully I can understand it once and for all.
