Better Touch-Friendly User Interface with .NET?

I have been developing a simple web-app that will allow my customers to sign a document digitally after confirming some data that is pulled from our SQL database. Blah blah blah..

It has come to my attention that the project will now require some additional functionality and long story short, I need to go back to developing this kiosk with .NET so that I can use existing libraries from our existing projects. I really liked how the UI was coming along with HTML/CSS/JS. Does anyone have any info, links or advice for developing an attractive and touch-friendly interface with .NET? I am used to making projects with simple buttons and datagrids.
