Dynamically adding text to an image in asp.Net Core?

Any leads on how to accomplish this since system.drawing isn't in .net core? I read about a workaround here: https://developers.de/2018/01/22/how-to-use-system-drawing-in-net-core/, but wondering if anyone has used any third party libraries that they like?
