I read that Windows 10 Home has a crippled version of IIS that cannot be upgraded later on because Windows 10 Home doesn't have all the IIS bits. How important is IIS for .NET programming and are there any other such features that are missing in Home. Most articles on the internet only cover features like Bitlocker and Remote Desktop and Windows Update that don't seem essential. There was some mention of Hyper-V but I think there are alternatives to that like VirtualBox?
