Hi, I am looking some advice on how to create a custom identity provider to meet my needs of a web app/site.

I am currently designing a sign web application and have a custom requirement for user creation. The application is based around an account/business. What I want to achieve is a user can visit the website and create a “business account”, which automatically creates the user a “user account” associated to their business. Once logged in they are able to send invites for other staff members to create their account. I would also be happy with the reverse (user creates an “user account” then somehow links it to their business)

Would anyone be able to advise me how best to achieve this is using .net Core 2.1 ?

Final note, the end users/business will be very small, so federating/SSO won’t be possible.
