My free Azure trial expired right about the time Azure Cosmos DB was introduced. I would like to learn Cosmos DB but I don't want to pay for a license to do so. Does anyone know if there is a license available for devs? Hopefully not a trial period - I learn by creating projects and learn more by creating bigger projects. It's an eternal process.
