Is there an automatic client generator for a swagger endpoint?

I think what I'm looking for is similar to how you bind excel to an OData endpoint. Is there anything like this for swagger than can read a swagger endpoint definition and provide a data explorer for the endpoint? Doesn't have to be .NET.
