My SQLite admin.db database has twice been deleted and replaced by an empty db with admin@admin.com in it

Is this a hack of some sort?

I am using asp.net core 2 and its the Identity database.

As the db is just a text file, is something automated replacing the db with their own in an attempt to access the system?
