Looking for PDF document creation in .NET Core that will run without full privileges and even on Linux.

Primary use case is HTML to PDF.

Can I ask if anyone has actually managed to achieve this and if so with what?

At some point I will also need to consider MS Word and Excel automation, does anyone have similar recommendations for this?
