So I have created an app just for the fun of learning mvc..

Now I would like to put it online, but how? I have an account at a hoster from before which serves my php applications, but there is also the possibility to create webspace for a asp.net account and SQL Server.

How do I publish using visual studio? Or is it done using FTP?

EDIT: Oh and I have read about it, seems you should use something similar to Remote desktop? But I don't have access to any RD at my current hoster.
